Service Description
Gay Male Fantasy is a concierge matchmaking service that facilitates introductions between gay and bisexual men in Colombia and the United States. The Service operates through a human-curated, letter-of-intent process. We are not a dating app, social network, or automated matching platform.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service
- You must provide truthful and accurate information in your letter of intent and profile
- You must not be currently prohibited from receiving services under applicable law
Member Conduct
As a member, you agree to:
- Be honest. Your letter of intent, photos, and personal details must accurately represent who you are
- Be respectful. Treat all members, potential matches, and our team with dignity and respect
- Respect boundaries. If a match declines further contact, you must respect that decision immediately
- Not misuse the service. The Service is for genuine connection — not solicitation, harassment, commercial activity, or illegal purposes
- Not share others' information. Letters, photos, and personal details shared with you during the matchmaking process are confidential
The Matchmaking Process
We facilitate introductions based on human judgment. We do not guarantee:
- Any specific number of introductions within a given timeframe
- That any introduction will result in a romantic connection
- Compatibility, chemistry, or relationship outcomes
Matchmaking is an inherently human process. We apply our best judgment, cultural knowledge, and care to every introduction, but outcomes depend on the individuals involved.
Membership and Payments
Membership tiers and pricing are listed on our homepage. By purchasing a membership:
- You agree to the pricing and terms of your selected tier
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — we're reasonable people
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future members
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your letter of intent, photos, and personal content. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of matchmaking and facilitating introductions. We will never use your content for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond matchmaking without your explicit written consent.
Privacy
Your privacy is fundamental to our service. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Termination
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at hello@gaymalefantasy.com. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend membership for violations of these terms, including dishonesty, harassment, or misuse of the Service.
Safety and Liability
While we take safety seriously — including identity verification, human screening, and cultural sensitivity assessments — we cannot guarantee the behavior of any individual. You agree that:
- You are responsible for your own safety during and after introductions
- Gay Male Fantasy is not liable for the actions of other members
- You will report any concerning behavior to our team immediately
Modifications
We may update these terms as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active members via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the courts of Medellín, Colombia.
